Di dichiarati principi liberali ed autentico spirito laico, è stato un antesignano degli ideali europeistici, partecipando a
numerosi interventi come relatore in importanti dibattiti nazionali.
Fondatore dello studio nel 1969, ha svolto l’attività forense per oltre un quarantennio, conciliando l’esercizio
dell’avvocatura, che lo ha visto protagonista di processi memorabili, con impegnativi incarichi esterni:
The legal firm was founded by attorney Sebastiano Scatà in 1969. Characterized by declared liberal principles and true laic spirit, Scatà was a forerunner of pro-European ideals who participated as a speaker at several major national debates.
Scatà carried out forensic activities for over forty years, reconciling the demands of his legal practice, where he was a protagonist at many memorable trials, with his many challenging external commitments:
